"I got a gift certificate for their services, I contacted Joe to schedule this service and told them that I wanted to keep their services on a regular basis if the service was good. So, I had a scheduled and confirmed appointment, but because I needed to go to a last minute doctor's appointment, I contacted them back by phone (spoke with Joe and he said he was calling me back in 5min) and email to rescheduled but they never contacted me back. Because of this unresponsiveness, I emailed again confirming the appointment for the original date. The night before of the appointment I received a confirmation text but no one showed up on the scheduled date and time AND next day I received an email asking how the service went and to leave a review for them - So, I am doing it - They never cancelled the appointment for me in the system just didn't showed up. ... I can't speak about the service but they are not responsive, reliable and not professional with their clients -- Disappointing experience!"
