"The other day I took into three dresses to be dry cleaned and I pointed out where they needed to be cleaned. So I picked them up today and the stains were still there I know that there was a block out for two days in the neighborhood but it’s unacceptable that she just pressed the dressers and put them in the plastic and gave them to me. She just charged me for something that was never dry clean and just stoled my money out of my hands. I told her if you were behind you could’ve kept them a little bit long and called me. You just don’t do that to a customer steal their money and then give them a ridiculous explanation. She basically lied to my face. The customer is always right."
