"After my children smeared gum into my favorite area rug, I panicked. When I was able to collect myself, I got in touch with this company, as that's what my brother-in-law, who knows a lot more about rugs than I do, told me to do. Thank God he steered me in the direction of Authentic Rug And Carpet Care. They provided same-day rug cleaning care, and it only took their technicians a half hour to get all the gum out of my area rug. Then, once all the gum was out, they cleaned the entire rug meticulously. Amazing! Talk about customer service!"
"Good service at a good price and excellent clean. Our new puppy arrived about 9 months ago. Puppies and carpets do not mix well and the carpets were stained in several places. We opted for the deep clean and the stains have gone. The hall/stairs carpet which has been down for best part of 20 years is looking refreshed and good for a fair few years yet. True they changed the arrival time but we were kept up to date: their communications were good. There cleaner was excellent, polite and friendly. Recommended"
