"I would have given them 100 STARS if I could have! David is a remarkable expert on Rug repair and deep cleaning. He handled 3 antique oriental rugs along with a French needlepoint carpet for us. Everything turned out pristine. One Oriental had a very badly worn fringe and he removed it and had it masterfully bound instead. Pickup and delivery/installation went extremely smoothly, and we didn't have to move anything for them. They put everything back in place for us. Prices were reasonable when you consider the excellent service. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!"
"I have a Turkish rug that needed a serious cleaning. I called NY cleaners,since they’re local company, and was very surprised that they offered a same day appointment. Their technician came right on time and was super professional! He explained about the cleaning process and gave me some maintenance tips as well. They returned the rug as per the schedule and it looks great! It’s clean and looks brand new. I’m very happy from the service and highly recommend NY cleaners!"
"I called nycleaners for a silk rug that I wanted to clean prior to our move to a new house. They were great! The technician came just on time and explain about the cleaning process. He then picked up the rug to be cleaned in there facility and returned it right before our move. The rug looks brand new and I’m very satisfied from the whole experience! I highly recommend them!"

I received excellent review from a friend about this company and called them, The customer service representative was very efficient and send a technician over at the same day for a free assessment. He was very professional and explain to me about the methods of cleaning and my options. He picked up the rugs at the same day to be clean and returned it back few days later. The rugs were very clean and they looks brand new, all the pet stains that It had was removed! overall my experience was amazing and I would definitely use them again."
