Polished Nail Bar of WNY

"I’ve been here 3 times now and usually it is a good experience. I booked for a polished pedi with no polish, bar mani with gel and removal. I needed to leave by 5:15 which should have been enough time for all services according to the booking. Things were moving slow and my nail tech offered for me to downgrade my pedicure service in order to leave by the time I needed to, to which I agreed. When I went to check out I was charged for the price of the more expensive service. When I informed the receptionist I had received the downgraded service, I was told I had to be charged for the booked service. I was never told this when I was offered to downgrade. It also does not appear to be on their website anywhere either. i expressed unhappiness with not being informed of this ahead of time and the girl at the counter didn't say anything. She didn't even apologize."

"Polished provides a unique nail salon experience unlike anything you've ever had elsewhere. They are eco-conscious down to the locally made locations and scrubs. The polishes they use are the best for your health that you can get in the industry. You will never smell the typical nail salon odor, a huge plus! The staff constantly KILL the nail game. I come here for my nails but I get the full experience- I can unwind with a glass of Rosé while also sharing more than a few laughs! They book out about a month in advance, if that doesn't tell you anything about how awesome they are I'm not sure what else will!"
