"I started using Two Maids & A Mop about 6 months ago. I chose this company because I wanted to support a local company (and fellow alumnus of Stony Brook). The first service we had was a deep clean to get the house back to the level of clean to maintain. Kim and her team arrived right on time. Kim went over everything with us and stayed and chatted a bit. We felt very comfortable. She also made sure we were absolutely happy with the service before they left and went over a few areas that they just couldn't get clean (normal wear and tear). From there, we've been having her team come for a Premium Clean every two weeks. They are always punctual and professional. We trust them to be in the house if we're not home or need to go out. I like that they use cleaning supplies that are unscented. The house smells clean and fresh without any weird smells. Things that are moved around during cleaning are arranged with care when they're put back. At some point I had a new stainless steel stove installed, and asked they test their cleaner somewhere inconspicuous first to make sure it didn't leave a mark. They did just that, and cleaned the new stove to shiny perfection. Overall we're very pleased. Kim is an awesome , responsive communicator, her and her team are super professional, and I love coming home from work to a clean, sparkling house!"
