"rating this 2 stars, as i am a frequent client of this company but after my last appointment, i may have to rethink my decision. i always have an appointment scheduled, and even show up 15 minutes esrly for my appointment in the slight chance they could be busy. i recently had an appointment that was scheduled at 2 and i arrived at 1:45, picked my color out and sat down around 1:50. at 2, a walk in arrived because she needed her gel nails removed and instead of taking me, who had an appointment, they told me i needed to wait for the walk in to have her gel manicure removed. to me this is unacceptable as a walk in should be getting whoever is last avaliable when there are clients waiting, with appointments. if thats going to be the new regular at evolution, then why even both having people make appointments? at this point, im not even sure i will continue to give them any buisness."

"I'm so glad I found this place. A family member introduced me. Their friendliness, from speaking to their staff on the phone, to greeting upon entering the building is such a breath of fresh air. Their attention to detail, gentleness, and explaining the process to a newbie, not to mention the reasonable cost, will make me a repeat customer. Cindy is great! She's very friendly and efficient. So glad I found this gem!"

"Me putting one star was generous I was there today was told who I normally see was not there but I still decided to see ViVi because that’s who I was told could take me and I wanted a fill with a thin French tip and asked for 3D nail charms like a bear or bow and was shown crystals/ diamond and was told I couldn’t get 2 of them because she didn’t know how to apply them I tried to repeat what I had wanted and was ignored I will put a photo of what I wanted and what I was left with I’m so disappointed and went home with polish and acrylic on my skin as well as torn skin from how it was drilled with clumps of polish under my nail on top of that my nails aren’t even ( I tried to show her what I meant by charms) and my phone was pushed away I have been seeing Leo for 5 years and honestly will never agree to seeing someone else again Complete bull that I was charged $55 for this"

"I have always known about this nail salon however I have never went there until Saturday. The woman who did my pedicure did a great job. The young guy who did my nails did a phenomenal job and I love the way they turned out. This is the first time in a long time that I have been satisfied with the outcome of my nails! Will definitely be going back."
