"I come in to get a refill done & the guy at the first counter tells me he can’t take anymore customers which is fine but I sat down & was made to believe that he would help. & it was my first time coming into this place. Steer clear if your new & getting your nails done for the first time. The way I was dismissed was not cool. That was why I gave it one star."

"Google maps took me to the old location, I knew they are on Mohawk st. but the GPS seems to not be updated yet. They have done the best job (acrylic nails) on my fiancé out of 2 other local nail salons. 3rd times a charm."

"I got a gel dip manicure that chipped the next day for no apparent reason. I called and no problem with fixing the chipped nails. I go back. Get them repaired and they chipped again two days later. I called and whomever I spoke to was rude. Said the dip only lasts two weeks. He was laughing and thought my complaint was funny when I said I don't pay a hundred dollars with tip for my nails to chip like this within a day or two after getting them done. If that was the case I would buy polish at a store and do them myself. He hung up and was very rude and unprofessional. I will never go back or recommend anyone getting their nails done there. Also my friend got a gel pedicure there and within the week the entire toe nail polish was coming completely off."
