"I want to start by saying I absolutely hate writing reviews like this one but I am just very upset. I am new to this area and have never been to a salon or spa out here yet so this was my first experience for nails. I had a full set put on where I told her I wanted coffin shaped nails and I don’t like thick clunk nails and my nails are not shaped as coffin, they are square and they are not smooth, there are also so many layers of gel polish they just don’t look right. When I spoke up I was told “we do nails different than Syracuse”. Then I got a pedicure with another girl where I was immediately insulted about my toe nails and a majority of my pedicure I was laughed at. The date I was in was 11/11/2023, it is now 11/14/2023 and my gel polish on my toes is already chipping off. Again, I really do not like writing reviews like this but I just wanted to share my experience because I am just flat out unhappy."

"Stopped in for a full set on a whim and glad I did. Lucy did my nails the way I like them and short. They were remodeling and making it even nicer. It was reasonable and nice and I’ll be back! Glad I made the stop to get my nails done! They are super cute"

"I came here for the first time and it was a great experience. Every employee was so welcoming and friendly. My nail tech did a BEAUTIFUL job on my nails and I couldn’t be happier."

"My sister got a set of acrylic nails for $65 at this sad establishment. She works hard for her money and went asking for a refund as they gave her a set with a design that was not anything like what she asked for. She asked for pink nails with little hearts on them and got lumpy nails with a big zebra print heart. She went two days later and asked for a refund just for the people who own the salon to deny her a partial refund because she has “girls to pay and an office to pay for”. Well enjoy loosing consistent money to pay your talentless girls by being so inconsiderate of your customers. JT nails has terrible customer service and they’re so stingy they can’t even A) be kind when a customer brings up a complaint and B) consider a refund when their services were 1 star at best. Do not come here save your money and your grief. I attached the requested design vs. the work that was not worth almost $70 due to aesthetics and actual structure of the nail. You can see why my sister deserves a refund that this salon cannot afford apparently. ALSO, as a repeat customer- my sister was ridiculed for her eczema in her hand the first time she went and the woman that she tipped very well was laughing at her hands the entire time. This place is a joke."
