"Had alterations done at their other main street location and they were great, didn't even charge that much. Had alterations done for a dress im wearing in a wedding today and what a disappointment. The dress was NEVER HEMMED, the alterations to the top were something a 12 year old could have done with a needle and thread at home. The excess material was never cut away... just blobs of pinched fabric everywhere. I have to wear this dress in 5 hours. Im wondering what I paid for, and who thought they could advertise alterations when there is obviously no one on site who knows what the word "alteration" means. Disappointing does not even begin to describe this situation. To add insult to injury, the straps won't even stay up. Awesome."
