New Paltz Express Laundry

"Overprice, ineffective, and forceful. I tried to dry my clothes after washing them there, I had to run my clothes through the machine twice. However, after the second round my clothes was still damp and cool to the touch even with just 1 minute left. Fed up, I left to another place to dry. HUGE difference, they accept coins and also cheaper, too. Yeah I get that $0.10 is small but it’s incredibly irritating for anyone that values their money. I give this place a one star because of their tactic to not let customer use anything else other than their payment system, their machines aren’t that great so end up wasting my times, and lastly the price. See attached pic of their price vs the one that I went after, Cherry Orchard. Never again!"

"I regularly use the drop off service, and it’s terrific. I have never had the slightest problem. The clothes come back fresh and clean, and folded perfectly (even the fitted sheets!), and they call you when the laundry is ready for pick up. It is wonderful to walk into such a friendly place, with people who take pride and their work. Highly recommend!"
