"I got a pedicure done with Tricia and loved it!! All the ladies in the salon were so welcoming and made great conversation. Tricia was beyond informative and very sweet when I asked about nail care. My pedicure turned out great and will definitely come back!"

"If I could give this nail salon negative stars I would. They were completely rude to me over Facebook Messenger. Google states that their salon was open so I gave them a call, wow! How dare I? I find it incredibly unprofessional to speak to potential clients that way they are so pretentious they think because they are all booked up that they can talk to people however they want to. Disgusting."

"I wouldn’t recommend anyone go to this salon, Kim’s reviews may be good and was the reason I initially called, but she was busy and recommended Tricia. I wish I never showed up to this appointment because Tricia completely destroyed my natural nails!! She didn’t soak my gel polish off like you are supposed to, she just took it off with a tool I have never seen used before in 25 years of getting my nails done (square drill bit with rounded edges). She used this tool which dug gouges into my nails while she was removing the gel which completely ruined my nails, leaving them misshapen to the point that I now (2 months later) still have to use glitter polish to hide the lumps and bumps…if I was to smooth them out my nails would be completely paper thin and break even more than they already are!! She also took an extremely long time to complete the manicure, ending with my nails and the polish looking terrible and I wasn’t happy. The worst mistake I made was telling her to take the ugly paint job off…I should have went elsewhere because she gouged into my nails more, damaging them even further!! Tricia acted like she was a little kid playing nail tech, she took forever, talked badly about other nail places, was more interested in the Johnny Depp trial than my nails, she hacked up my natural nails and painted them so bad my 14 year old niece could have done a better job!! I was there for a hour and a half just for a gel manicure!!! I reached out to Kim who talked to Tricia and she said my nails weren’t damaged it was just base coat left on my nails and Kim encouraged me to come back and let her fix them, which I declined…my nails couldn’t take anymore damage!! Look at the pic and decide for yourself…the red spots are where my nails have the deepest gouges. This review is being written 2 months later and my nails constantly break, they still have bumps and lumps and I can’t do anything about it, but grow out new nails and live with damaged nails in the meantime! I regret ever going to this salon and hope I can save someone else’s nails from being ruined by Tricia!"

"I’ve gone here a few times and Kim did my nails beautifully! I referred my friend here and Tricia did her nails because Kim wasn’t available. It took over 2 and a half hours for a fill and to get her toenails painted. Not only was she unprofessional and talking poorly of other nail artists, her nails came out absolutely horrible. Crooked, uneven with globs of acrylic on them with the decal peeling off and her toenails aren’t completely painted with the prior color showing in spots! How embarrassing!! I told her to go back to have them removed but she has no interest in going back ever again. I can’t say that I blame her since I felt bad for referring her there. Look at the ring finger and pointer finger in the photo and see for yourself!"

She can do anything you ask her for and has always been very accommodating to me. The environment at American Nail Divas is clean and professional and I would highly recommend you see Mikaela for your nails. I always get compliments after she does my nails!"
