"My AC went on a house I just purchased. I called the home warranty company. They sent out Johnsons. I needed a new unit. Warranty company covered that. However the furnace was also bad. Warranty company was trying not to cover that. I started dealing with them in June. Had no AC all summer. Laura, Was right there calling them constantly and explaining time and again what was wrong with the furnace. I was getting no where with them, until Laura started helping and calling them all the time too. As of August 30, 3022 I have a brand new AC and Furnace all covered. Thanks to Laura. This company will really fight for you. They have a customer for life."
