"They install the single replacement window in my attic. I noticed yesterday that the windowsill was completely saturated and rotting, as well as other framing members around the window. When I went back to look at the final email that I received, I noticed that the technician had forge my signature that I approved, and was satisfied with the installation. When they arrived I had some errands to run so I told them that I would be back, but they were done and gone before I got home I was so this is a huge problem not only are they not returning my phone calls over the faulty window, but their staff is forging signatures.here are pictures of my rotting window with a moisture meter"
