"My basement flooded a few days before Christmas and I will say their response to my home was quick and timely... but that is where my satisfaction with their service ended. The workers that came, although friendly, smelled like smoke, so horribly I had to open the windows in December in the rest of my home to air it out after they left. The days following we did all the work of moving the fans, removing the carpet and padding and everything else that was involved, they came walked around the basement and left not doing anything. They charged me services they did not perform and for extra days I didn't need the equipment, they just never returned to collect it or even come to check on it. Upon receiving the bill I did express my concerns and charges were removed, but I had to fight for that. I wrote a check for payment and the next day it was picked up by an employee as they had requested. Since then I have received repeated texts, calls and emails saying I owed my full payment. I have called, emailed and texted back stating I paid in full and even have a bank statement with a picture of the check and the day they cashed it. This place is a disaster...I would NOT recommend this company to anyone!!"

"Amazing service. We recently had a disastrous flood of our dishwasher into our kitchen and laundry room/crawl space. Servpro was sent by our insurance company and they were so incredibly helpful during a difficult time. They answered any questions we had, made accommodations to our schedules and went above and beyond to help us. Tate in particular was amazing. He made sure to assure me that he would check on my cat to make sure she was ok and safe while he was working. Pablo was also great and helped me understand so much of the process and what to expect. We had a lot of people in and out but Richard, Allen and Justin were also helpful. I’m sure I’m forgetting other names but everyone was professional, friendly and hard working."
