"I got poison Ivy here, and the trails weren't visible with so much leaf fall out and faint tree markings. Two stars because it made for a strenuous hike trying to figure my way out."

"Sprain Ridge trails are made for biking and walking. Some trails are better for mountain bikes, especially the winding ones. The park offers pools, barbacue areas, restrooms and parking. The trail paths are easy to find and follow. The park is dog friendly and there are plenty of garbage bins on or around the parking areas."
"Hot showers. Attentive life guards. Relaxed yet safety rule enforced. Activity pools for families, and Olympic size pool for diving and laps."
"Went to the pool in this part with three of my friends and it was pretty good. There are two pools, one for the kids and one that has more depth. The food took a little too long to get ready but it was not bad overall. Would definitely come here again and swim again. Was a fantastic day!"
