"Honestly kind of shocked at the tone I received from the seamstress, I requested that she hem a dress with staining at the bottom (understanding that it would still have visible staining) and she basically wouldn’t do it (fine) but called me and without asking any questions or for clarification started scolding me? Because I made this request. The cleaning side of the house is fine but I won’t be returning because of her."

"This place has great customer service! I originally tried to take a pair of dress pants and button up shirt to a place in evans mills to be dry cleaned and pressed, but they told me it would take 4-5 days. I googled other dry cleaner places and Parkview cleaners popped up. I am very happy to have chose Parkview cleaners. The woman at the counter was very friendly and helpful. She even offered my clothes to be finished by the end of the very next day! Not only was the services and customers service excellent, but their prices are much much cheaper than the cleaner in evans mills. I will most definitely be utilizing their services again!"

"I brought them my favorite winter coat without checking the cleaning label. I definitely I should have check it out myself first but I always brought things to professional cleaners and they always double-checked it for me either at the counter or during the washing process.Well, the jacket’s label was saying to not dry-clean the garment. The coat got ruined in the dry-clean process. A bit sad. :-("

"Even though I haven't been here yet, I feel this business deserves a great review for their professionalism, and for being so accommodating on a short notice. I called them today because I currently live in FL, but grew up in Cape Vincent, and I will be going to upstate NY for 2 weeks starting next week and need a dress hemmed as soon as possible. When I called them to see if this is something they would be able to do, they were extremely pleasant on the phone, and were happy to help with getting my dress hemmed quickly. "I could not praise this place high enough. I've given parkview my business before with no complaints, but this was an exceptional visit. The blanket in the picture is what I asked them to fix for me. The reason it's so small is because I cut a corner off of my own 30+ year old baby blanket. I lost my son and he didn't have his own blanket so I gave him mine for his memorial box. I asked parkview to fix my crude sewing and I thought they would just re-stitch the sides I tried to put together, but they did something better. They found some material that matched and sewed on a complete new border. It looks like a complete blanket and it repaired the tattered sides that were "intact" (remember, it's over 30 years old). If I could make a higher than 5 stars or somehow give gold stars, I would. They made me so happy that I almost cried right there in the store. These people care about their jobs and your business. 10/10, would visit again."
