"Spent a half day with my family hiking Bouticou Crag. Park at the Spring Farm Trailhead parking lot. Arrive early, because the lot is pretty small, dusty and often fills up early. The lot opens at 9am, unless you're a member, in which case you can enter early at 7am. The entrance fee is $15 per adult. The front entrance lady was friendly and helpful about the map she handed me. The bathroom was clean. Bring bug repellent and a hat net for Spring. Don’t know about how bad the bugs are in the Summer. Five Stars"

"The scramble up the crag was so much fun. You get to utilize your entire body. Whole families were there. Some kids did it, some older adults did but some had to turn away due to knee issues. Some people couldn't handle the heights. So, if you like to test yourself and see amazing views as a reward, I highly recommend wearing shoes you trust and climbing up."

"Beautiful and well-kept recreation area with great views. The rock scramble is well-marked with yellow arrows, but you can take any path depending on how daring you are. The loop hike is only 3 miles long though, so $15 for parking seems a bit steep. You can extend the hike, but its recommended to be out before sunset."

"If you make it up to the top you won't regret it. It's a bit of a scramble to get up but the view is amazing. The flying eagles above make it magical. Excellent spot for hiking, especially during the autumn period."

"Just as awesome as people described it. Great options for people who do not want to climb as well, but the scramble was great. The view is of course beautiful and we we're extra pleased to find no one in the booth on Christmas! Not that we wouldn't have paid to keep NY beautiful, but it was a pleasant surprise :)"
