"Went here for my nieces birthday. The lady at the counter was very rude and so unprofessional she gave out nothing but attitude was not helpful at all. She was on her phone the whole time not answering any questions we had. Even when we ask about the food she had gave out a attitude as if she didn’t want to take down our order and told us that our kid’s only will be able to only get one slice of pizza each, she did not show any kind of customer service at all. Then left went to the back and didn’t come back out to take our order or to see what we wanted to buy so our kids can play the games. She didn’t what to serve us. We are never going back there ever again. There was no body in there the place look deserted all so she had the bills and cowboy game on there tv so unprofessional. She was ignoring us and rolling her eyes like she just want us to leave. We was so nice and was trying to understand what can we buy as game wise and tokens and food and she stood far back in the counter, and ignored us as she was texting on her phone. Again so unprofessional, and we would never go there and spend any kind of money there. She need s to be talked to cause that was very unprofessional. Just wanted to take the kids out to enjoy there self and that lady ruined my niece birthday because my niece been talking about going there for 2 weeks for her birthday."
"This place is a public health hazard and should be shut down by NY authorities until they repair the facility's mold issue. The second I walked in the building, I smelled intense mold. When I looked up, there was a huge water stain in the ceiling where the mold is sourcing from. I highly recommend avoiding this business! It's not safe for anyone, especially young kids and families!"
"This location of Adventure Landing is a nice walk down memory lane. While I did not partake in miniature golf, seeing the same links from when it was Putt-Putt is so heartwarming. I did partake in playing games, though. It’s a rarity to play with tokens and receive tickets these days. Yet another blast from the past. Do yourself a favor and stop by. You will truly enjoy yourself!"
