"Normally I dread going into this bank branch but today I can say for the first time I left feeling good. The 5 star rating is strictly for Jada the teller who was hands down the best teller I’ve ever dealt with in this branch! Every other teller treats me like I’m a waist of their time or an inconvenience, never greeted and no small talk just stone cold typing that seems like attitude. It’s a miserable environment but Jada was happy and polite, she made small talk, she smiled, she told me to have a great day, all around wonderful human who made me feel like I was a person not a transaction! The rest of the tellers could take notes from her instead of being so cold, manager included! If I see her working from now on I won’t have the dread of walking in!"

"The attitude of employees is horrible, they visibly prioritize other customers over normal ones and will hold up the line to have a side conversation for 5 minutes with these prioritized customers (or hold it up even more by HELPING THEM FIRST) Worst part is I cashed a bond and the man at the desk didn’t even ask for the certificate of death. Cashed in a second bond a week or two later and was so confused when a different woman who helped me was asking for the certificate because based on my prior experience it was never needed! Well, it turns out the man who helped me previously DIDN’T EVEN VERIFY HALF OF MY INFO BEFORE GIVING ALL OF THAT MONEY TO ME. If someone else walked in to that location with my bond and they were served by him they would have walked out with ALL of my money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the hold-line for the phone for this location is horrible too. It smells in here and to top things off obviously nobody knows how to do their job. (An Ex’s mom worked at this location at one point and she still says to this DAY that this BoA location is the reason why she quit her job with them of 20-odd years) OH and the ATM is never working here, been dealing with this dysfunctional location for 2 years now and will definitely be switching banks because I personally would prefer to bank with actual professionals, not toddlers dressed up in suits and ties."

"Unfortunately, I avoid this bank at all costs! I decided to give banking here another try a few days ago. I just needed to cash a check. The line was 6 people deep with only one serving regular banking customers. The other was intensely involved with a business customer for as long as I was there. I stood in line for 6 minutes and watched a customer come in looking for personal service. She waited at least 2 minutes and not one person acknowledged her. She finally took it upon herself to sit in one of the chairs and wait. Meanwhile the line kept getting longer behind me with more cars pulling into the lot. I didn't see any acknowledgement of this situation so I simply left and went to Northwest my usual bank and and had cash in hand in 2 minutes."
