"We waited a couple of weeks for an appointment. The day of the appointment came and we were pushed to the next day. The next day came and we were informed that an emergency had occurred so we would be rescheduled. Now an emergency is completely understandable and unavoidable, but my complaint is it took weeks for them to reach back out to us after the emergency. An new appointment date was not offered. Instead we were asked if services were still needed. The entire time we were without power in half our house and concerned about the outlets in our child's bedroom. I would not recommend. We were so hopeful, but they are unreliable."

"After calling 3 previous electricians, they were the first to answer immediately. I was given a quote and appointment time within 5 minutes. They replaced my electrical meter and breaker box in 4 hours with no issues. The work was done professionally and I've had no issues as I write this review 2 weeks after the installation. Very friendly and also gave several recommendations for the future. I plan on returning my business in the future and would recommend them to anyone else."
