They seemed a bit chaotic at first in terms of office organization and initial communication but that settled down quickly and then they made a good effort to cover all the bases and maximize my return. I just filed it a few days ago, so assume it went OK. Once I get the actual refund I'll have a better reading on how it went. They were more expensive than I thought, but it is worth it for the peace of mind assuming all goes well with the state and IRS."
