"Nice staff in branch but I was just charged 81 dollars in late fees for a car loan that I still have not received a payment bill in the mail. Not the banks problem just pay me. I have to drive an hour to pay this loan 3rd time. Still no resolution on my mail or any info other than an account and figure it out yourself. Horrible bank spoken with collections no help spoke to the bank no help."
