"This agency is amazing from the time I was contacted that my account was given over to them until now that I'm caught up and paid in full. I want to give a special thanks to Kevin each and every time he called with a payoff offer he was very professional. He knows how to speak in a very comfortable tone he doesn't make you feel like anything less than a human and he is just overall awesome ..!!!"

"I would give 0 if that was an option. This company called from sketchy phone numbers and left very sketchy voicemails that did not adequatelY identify the name of the company they worked for or their reason for calling/requesting a call back. The messages sounded like it was a scam to get you to call in. They would say that some documents were placed on their desk and that they advised a lawyer call back immediately to resolve the matter but never stated what the matter was. For this reason, I wouldn’t call back because I didn’t think it was real. They then some how got phone numbers to family members phone numbers that I otherwise do not converse with/wouldn’t have any tie too regarding the mAtter and left them scary messages as well. When I finally spoke with Tina, I still wasn’t convinced it wasn’t a scam and they way in which she continued to speak still felt like I was being stalled on the phone to collect information. When we were able to get past that part she shared with me that she was calling in reference to a debt…however I had already paid that debt in full through a debt consolidation agency. When I shared that, she said oh and that she could then confirm that and that I would need to send over documentation proving it. I will say Tina was nicer after we were able to establish why she was calling/as was I. The whole ordeal was bizarre. She said that they had been trying to contact me via email and letters to no avail but I never received anything. Since yesterday, In my email I asked for confirmation of receipt and that everything appears settled ..but I haven’t heard anything ..which further makes me still think the overall thing was a scam."

"I don't like credit collectors any more than the next person but I do have to be honest about this one. I received a guy named Kevin (sorry again for not knowing your last name) but this guy was more than helpful, patient, and always professional with me.  If I missed a payment or was late then he was always there to work with me on whatever I could do with zero kind of pressure tactics.  He worked with me on my how much I could pay and when I could pay it. I'd like to say that as of today I'm currently paid off! And a majority of that is truly because of how hard Kevin has worked with me on it, so thank you. You definitely deserve a raise. Oh and tell them that gift card better have enough for a nice steak dinner, a couple drinks and still have a little extra left on it bc you deserve it after how hard working you are in such a rough industry and always a great attitude.  Thanks again. "A Jim Reeves advised me that if I did not pay $3100 back to Best Buy then I would be arrested I Explain I never had an account with Best Buy. He told me that someone from the county had attempted to serve me court papers and being I was t available a warrant was being issue. I explain that the address wasn’t even my address at this point. He told me the arrest warrant was a default warrant. He said if I paid the matter he could resend the Warrant. When I told him my father was law enforcement he hung up. This place is a scam. Beware."

Also what kind of company CALLS YOU and then makes you press 1 to speak to a representative and then puts you on hold?!"
