BMW of the Hudson Valley

"I came in for a service. Unfortunately when I called they said their machine was not working so they didn’t know what my car needed. When I arrived I was greeted by Andrew. He’s a deeply passive aggressive person that has no business being in a customer service position. He didn’t listen, he talked over me and informed me that my car required no servicing but needed a NYState inspection. I was annoyed as I had a light on the dashboard saying I needed a service, the saving grace was my car needed a cleaning so I figured the 40 min drive one way was worth it for that. My car was returned basically untouched. I asked Andrew if this was normal and he repeated not twice but three times unprompted, yes ma’am this is normal, it’s lightly vacuumed and the exterior is washed. I was pointing out the face print my dog had left behind on the inside of the passenger side of the door. The interior was shocking the back passenger seat foot well wasn’t even touched, I am posting pictures because it’s so bad. Needless to say, dealing with Andrew was so hard because he’s so condescending that I didn’t bother asking him to have it cleaned properly. It’s a shame as I will never buy a car from here again and will take my car to the city for servicing where they at least value their customers."
