"We have visited the farm in 2023. We have been charged twice (medium and large bag). But we have purchased only medium bag. I have claimed my large bag charge via credit card. Hursds farm denied to pay back. I am not sure on this worst policy that they cannot revert the transaction for incorrect charge they made. Better to use cash. I am not sure how many people faced this. Staffs are like volunteers and they are not skilled much to handle transactions."
"Very kid friendly. Please invest in indoor plumbing. Apple cider donut line was crazy and wait was 30 minutes."
"Overall to many people and not enough staff. So much staff directing you to parking, I am talking like 15 people. But there were few staff where the long lines were, by the food (2), bar (1) and concession(1). If you ordered a cider and the cider place you had to go back into the barn and wait in another line to get that cider. All of the activities you have to pay for, but I actually get that, got to make your money somewhere. Live band was in a weird place with no where to sit and listen to them, or anyplace for children to dance. The apples were great, and I guess that is really what matters. Map for the apples was poor. But it's a small place so it didn't matter much. Overall it was to busy for me."

"Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful time! Where do I begin? It was our first time and it was great realizing that Hurds Family Farm is more than just apple picking! There's a corn maze, farm animals, big slide, obstacle course, etc! Plus, there's the dee-lish apple donuts, beef hot dogs, pizza, and drinks for adults! Beautiful, clean, open, atmosphere for a family, couple, church, etc. Be prepared to walk, but there is a hayride if you choose as well. We will definitely return for pumpkin picking! (My favorite apple is Crimson Crisp!!)"
