"I really tried to give this place a chance. I walked in (new to vaping), was sold a FREEMAX MAXUS 100W STARTER KIT for double the price, wasn’t aware at the time of the price points for these items. Shortly after I broke a part of the device, went back in and was sold a replacement part for the broken piece from a duplicate mod— for $30, then was told they weren’t going to sell that Freemax mod anymore, since it has a number of issues. Another purchase for this piece (also marked up). The device did become problematic, so I went back in and was sold a completely different device (keep in mind, Freemax Maxxus was still being sold) which they also raved about like the initial mid, but for each pitched item… no one has a clue about the products being marketed/ sold. I don’t even want to get into the issue behind the battery purchase for the initial device. For my so-called inconvenience, I’m given a 3-pack replacement pod, which doesn’t even fit the sold Novo 5. I gave it back, but no resolution for the issue at hand. I go in once again to rectify this next issue, to no avail. The pods that are sold for $19.99 are literally just under $8 online. The vape kit that I paid $90+ is half the price on retail platforms. I’ve been super nice about all the blatant customer service issues and truly, they don’t care. I now understand that the idea is to get you to keep coming back, so you can pay double the price for subpar products, which they haven’t a clue about. They’ll pretend to want to help, but it’s absolute passive aggression, without the customer in mind. Never again! Wanna be ripped off, go to the Atlantic Smoke Shop!"
