"Lovely surprise on the trail! It’s a short distance from the Thornell Road entrance. The Wegman’s Hit the Trail Passport Marker is at the Thornell Road entrance. Be aware there is very limited parking at Thornell Road and if park along side the road, there are cars zipping by at high speeds. And you need to go down a moderately steep gravel hill at the entrance. So might be better to park at the Daffodil Meadow Trail head on Park Road. As of April 21,2023, the Daffodils are in full bloom. Enjoy them while you can. I am appreciative of all the hard work that goes into setting that meadow up and maintaining it for the public to enjoy."
"Trails can get quite muddy after rain so be careful. Beautiful in spring and all year round."
