While the woman who did my dogs nails and anal glands seemed nice enough and did a good job, they never told me over the phone that they only take cash so I had to go to an ATM, which was frustrating. I also saw dogs on the tables who were shaking and were not being comforted by the employees at all. When I commented on how scared they looked, I was met with blank stares from the employees. My dog did smell very good when I picked her up."
