Our Wheaten Terrier is very difficult to bathe and when she was a puppy other groomers asked us not to return, but not Dee. She treated our dog with love. Highly recommend her."

"A little upset right now with Best in Show. My dog had an appointment at 9 am, but when I arrived, nobody was there! Waited in parking lot 35 minutes before I left. All the other businesses in the plaza were open. Came back at 10:15 & at 11:35, both times to the same scenario...door locked, lights out. My dog had an appointment at 9 am, would have appreciated a call if they weren't able to groom him. Or, even a note on door/on social media page saying they were closed for the day/would not be in until another time. A little bit of a sour taste in my mouth right now."

"I brought my German shepherd in for a regular bath, nail trim, teeth brushing and to wipe her ears. I was charged $60.00 plus tax. A regular shampoo? Not flea or anything special. I felt taken advantage of. I felt ripped off. The woman slammed the door after I left her a tip to even my bill to $70.00. She did not tell me the price until the end when it was time to pay or I would have said I don't feel comfortable paying that much. Flea baths with all the works at PetSmart is only 50.00! I will not be back EVER!!"
