"This is a very nice theater, very clean and the seats are very comfortable! Everyone is very nice and helpful with ordering the food thru the app! And the service is fast as well! I love that there is a fancy bar area too, gives it a nice vibe! Definitely my favorite theater!!"

"It's a nice theatre and a very enjoyable experience. We had purchased our tickets online, and check-in was easy. Just scan the QR code from the email receipt at the check-in desk, and it will print your tickets. A staff member welcomed us as we walked in and explained how things worked. When I was purchasing online, I was reluctant to choose seats in the middle of a row, as I don't like feeling trapped. That turned out to be a non-issue since there's plenty of room in front of the seats, making it easy to get in and out. We scanned the QR code at our seats, placed an order, and the food showed up a few minutes later. Some feedback for the Apple Cinemas chain in general is that I'd prefer Apple Pay to make checkout faster and easier. Everything here is clean, modern, the seats are super comfortable, and the picture and sound are great. This will be our new go-to theatre."

"I'd love to see their sign actually glow because the outside does not do any justice of what it's like on the inside. Movie prices were more than reasonable (I paid 8$per person). It's probably the nicest luxurious cinema that I've been too in a long time. I lived in the city of boston for 7yrs paying $20-25 for a movie for roaches in theaters. I think the atmosphere caters more for adults, which I like, considering their pretty bar right at the entry. You could probably watch a football game there. The dine-in theater is pretty cool and efficient too. Drinks and food were a little up there in prices but I'd definitely come again. My bacon burger and fries were pretty good though. Had no complains about my gin and tonic cocktail. I'd definitely recommend this place to at least try. And I do hope this place thrives because being in there certainly sparked some excitement about theater again."

"The movie titles on the website are augmented with the sound system, had to Google what the acronym was and that it wasn't part of the title of the actual movie. The self-serve check in process is a disaster, it is not clear how to pull up the barcode and once you do, you have to know to touch a box for a curser otherwise scanning is futile. We tried 2 doors marked entrance before one was open. The staff is very nice, the theater has seen a lot of cosmetic upgrades. The seats are all full electric recliners with rotating tables. Mine would not stay across my lap. The movie experience was great, some of the trailers were a little loud but the movie was well balanced. The screen was very crisp but there was a seam in the screen. The food was good, but our CEO burger had no sauces or special toppings listed on the menu. Just a bun, 2 patties and cheese. Don't pay $3 for non-existent bacon jam. My ranch for my chicken tenders came in an easy open condiment cup while the ketchup was in a packet, why not be consistent. Popcorn is a snack in the ordering part of their website. The functionality needs work, we swapped a cheese no problem but other options are very weird and don't correlate. Just as a joke I clicked on very expensive vodka, the option I got to personalized was a fried egg and onion straws. I have no earthly clue how you would order a cocktail on the app, just flag down a nice server. The restrooms only received paint, and yes I mean they painted tile. The dividers in the men's room are not well attached and provide narrow shoulder room and are pulling away from their brackets. The women's room stall door didn't latch for my wife. We also couldn't figure out what door marked exit would let us out, we tried 3 before one moved. I am glad it's back, I am glad there is a theater in pittsford again,"
