"Way over priced! I will add, the Rep I worked with was great and I have absolutely no issue with her. But from my perspective (and most customers will see it this way) I paid nearly $500 per hour!! Now, with that viewpoint its easy to see my perspective. Again, the Rep was great, but tax preparing specialists that are comparable are available elsewhere and at a much lower more reasonable rate."
