"I went here for the first time to take care of some Amazon returns. Nice staff. They seemed to know what they were doing. To be honest, they are not as quick as a UPS store. The cashier is required to do a few more steps than when I return to a UPS store. That said, Staples seems to be free. They are now charging for UPS returns. Also, this Staples is open till 9:00 p.m. so you can come here late. Finally, you can pick up other office items and the like when you're here. Good spot all around!"
"UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE AND VERY LAZY WORKERS!!! What we witnessed at this store was unbelievable. There was an upset customer in front of us and the way the employees treated that woman was criminal. About 4-5 male employees literally were bullying and cursing at the customer (a female) because they wanted to be lazy and not do their work. They had us waiting in line for over 20 minutes just to argue with the customer. UNBELIEVABLE! We will not be going back to that staples to do business after witnessing that ordeal. VERY GHETTO!"
"While browsing the store, I had employees approach me and offer me help. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was able to purchase all the school supplies my kids needed. The pricing was good as well. Plenty of parking available. The store hours are great and helpful for after work shopping."
