"I went in to buy a backwash hose, the guy in there was extremely helpful and nice. Very pleasant experience all the way around. Geographically speaking; it doesn’t make sense for me to go back there, but the man behind the counter was very nice and helpful as previously stated."

"I have been going to Leslie’s Pools in Levittown since we bought our pool in 2020. I buy all of my chemicals and supplies from Leslie. I rely on my water testing results and their staff member to guide me on what to do. Chris is the main person who has helped me since day one. He is a pleasure to deal with. Very knowledgeable and never oversells me on any product. If not for him, our pool would not be in the perfect condition that it’s always in. Knowing that Chris is always there to work with me keeps me going back to this store. He is an asset to this store."

"Booked a pool opening service with these guys couple weeks ago and it has been the worst experience. To beging, I think they have young kids who dont have a clue to what they are doing. They came to do a simple pool opening and ended up damaging the booster pump, left a mess around, a pipe that leaks and yet, had the courage to charge for services which they didnt even perform. I thought they should stand to the brand name but NO. Technically, I cant give less than one star but if I could thats what they deserve."

"Beware, they leave expired chemicals on the shelf even after it was pointed out to them. My neighbor went in to buy Taylor testing reagents which don't accurately work once expired and they had bottles that were three years past expiration. He pointed it out and when I went in days later they were still on the shelf. In general they carry good products but leslies will push chemicals on customers and obviously sell you out of date items that will either screw up your pool or cause you to get bad readings that will do the same. Shame on them."

"Chris was super helpful for this 1st time spa and aboveground pool owner. Joined the club to get immediate discounts and had both waters tested for free. I came out with a good amount of information and reasonably priced, necessary items to help me fix my water conditions. I'll be back."
