"I used their white glove installation service for a new pool liner I bought from them. They installed it poorly and left a gap under the return where the pool is exposed to the water (i.e. no liner). So far they have been totally unhelpful and tell me I have to drain the pool for them to stretch the liner in place. No apology, no offer to pay for my water and chemicals and an attitude that "mistakes happen". Never use them for installations. Never, never, never. Their chemicals are also poor quality and not as good as you will find at Leslies which is a reputable place. Never use them!"
