"Have been here a handful of times both to purchase beer and return bottles as it's convenient to my home. Have never had a positive experience culminating in the gross mistreatment of my fiance (see previous review). The employees are always rude on the best days and downright belligerent on the worst (if you can even find someone in the store), the place is gross and disorganized (which is ironic, since they flipped out because my fiance got water on the floor), and nobody seems terribly interested in your business. Do yourself a favor and go to one of the Brew Crew stores - they are far superior in every manner."

"This is one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. The first time I came here the woman was gruff and rude. I thought this might be a one off issue so today I decided to try again. From the second I walked in the door I had a very negative experience trying to return my bottles. I went to the back, didn't see anyone so I went back to the front of the store just to see if I could let someone know I was there but okay with waiting. A man came out and rudely stated that he would be back there in a minute if I just waited back there. Okay fine, no problem but his tone was nasty. He met me back there and was nasty the entire time saying I ruined his freshly waxed floors, I needed to make sure the bottles were empty (they were, it had rained the day before), and proceeded to berate me over it, exclaim profanities and chuck the bottles out the back door into the parking lot. He wouldn't take back some of my cans, which I get not getting money back for but every other beverage return I have been to has taken them for which I am grateful even if I'm not getting anything back. I suggest the owners here take some lessons in customer service because they are clearly not capable of running a business. I will be taking my business elsewhere even if it's less convenient and I will make sure I will let every one of my friends and family who purchase beverages know to never give this place their business."
