"Dropped our Hound mix (big dog) off this morning. Picked him up this afternoon and nothing had been done. Wasn’t charged, was told he was to difficult and couldn’t be picked up ( again big dog ) and tried to nip when attempting to pick up. He was then kept in a kennel all day. We never got a phone call, text, email, any communication that there was a problem. They also left his leash on the cage they put him in within chewing distance…we now need a new leash and they didn’t give us back the old one"
