"We have been using Mountain Pools for decades. The first year (2022) with new ownership was a bit rocky but that was to be expected. At times that was also the case with Howard (previous owner). At the end of last season, they seamlessly installed a new pool liner. This year, the pool opening, weekly cleaning and closing were all fine and as promised. "I started by search for a contractor to put in a pool in spring of 2023. After calling two other companies, I was pleasantly surprised to speak with Peter. He immediately sent me pricing, which I couldn't get the other two to do, and then we began the process. I found the whole thing very straight forward, and Peter patiently answered all my questions. I was amazed when he told me that the pool would be installed within 18 days of starting, since I'd read that pools can take months and even years. When Peter's team had cancellations, I got moved up to an install date of September 2023, a year before I expected to have my new pool. "We had an excellent experience with our pool installation last year. Being our first year, we’ve had a lot of questions and little things to iron out. Peter, the new owner, has been extremely responsive to all our texts and emails, not only replying right away, but coming out to the house when we have a question to check things out and ensure we’re all set. He has a very professional ethic, and I look forward to seeing how he continues to manage and improve on Mountain Pools as a business. He recently implemented a pay online option from a click in the monthly email invoice… doesn’t sound like much, but he bought the business and there weren’t a lot of modern systems, and he’s putting them in place. One thing I look forward to (maybe next season?) is a digital maintenance scheduling and notification system so we know when they’re coming… one step at a time for now lol. Our pool install went so well, and looks so beautiful… the installation team was fantastic, and again, Peter the owner is super professional.
