Best Buy Wine & Liquor

"I used to go here every day- not anymore- the owner told me to " Make it quick, I am closing"... Then lock your door and be closed. This person and his wife are the nastiest, ungrateful business want to be owners ever. A regular customer that spends $100 or more a week comes in at 7-59pm when they close at 8 is a problem for the business??? I was going to give you money. Most business owners in todays economy would kill for repeat business. Make it quick??? No problem buddy- there are 9 liquor stores in Franklin Square that like when customers come in to spend money. Oh and if you don't smoke- don't come here. These people hate customers so much they smoke in store- yes- in the store while watching tv on their cell phones and get really mad if you ask any questions.... DON'T GIVE THESE PPL YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY- THERE IS A LIQUOR STORE 2 CORNERS AWAY THAT APPRECIATES THEIR CUSTOMERS- THESE ARE THE TWO WORST WANT TO BE BUSINESS OWNERS EVER!! THE OWNER IS SO STUPID HE WOULD RATHER ARGUE AND YELL AT ME FOR 3 MINUTES INSTEAD OF TAKING THE 45 SECONDS IT WOULD TAKE TO SCAN A BARCODE AND MAKE A SALE- THIS GUY WANTS A FIGHT MORE THAN A CUSTOMER-MORON"

"HORRIBLE SERVICE! I am a big advocate of customer service and this stores sucks at it. I visited this store for the 1st time since it's fairly close to me and was never greeted or ask if I needed assistance. When I asked man at the front desk if they had a certain wine he barely acknowledged me. I proceeded to make my selection of a wine wine and noticed one refrigerated so I put the back on the self. As was making my selection the same man that offered no assistance came back and accused me of taking a bottle from the fridge and placing it back on the self. As I explained to him I never even opened the refrigerator door and I put the warm bottle back to get a cold one he just says "Oh okay" and offered no apology for his mishap. So basically you can get up to profile me but cannot offer a customer any assistance. I will take my money somewhere else with better service."
