"I'm giving 1 star only because of the cashier who looks from India or Bangladesh. This men never get out of counter to help customer for finding, recommending items. Never willing to commuicate with customer. Whenever I go and not sure about wine or other liquor, he just acts like he doesn't want to be bothered , doesn't help customer. I have been treated like that more than 3 times. I don't know how, why this kind of individual is hired working there ,messing up good store, business. Hope Owner realize this person's issue and fix it. Or just better replace. I have been going this store this store for about 10 years but eventime I go there see this rude, lazy person, he makes store image bad. Makes me consider not going no more. Also many times, i saw this person talking on the phone very loud with his language while customers paying money. Totally out of control. This lazy worker will screw good store for sure. All other staffs are kind, motivated for helping customers. Korean guy, owner, Hispanic guy. They always just come out help customers find, recommend right bottle. Enjoying helping customers. If management see this post, should do what is best for store. I would just keep him out of store register. Right away!!!"

"I was there last week. Just wanted a wine as a gift. Took one that was in front of the register for $5.54. It was on sale. I paid with my credit card. No problem. We drank it and it was nice wine. Today I got back there to get another bottle. The gentleman was there with gray hair. When I was trying to pay with card he said it is minimum of $10.00 with card! I paid with card last week and no problem! He told me took two bottles! Why should I take two bottles? Because you are trying to make a sale and you are not honest with customer. I live here for 8 years. Always paid with my card and this was the first time that I was treated like that. I bought all my liquors inexpensive and expensive both from here. Please don’t do that to customer. I will not come back."

"Made the trip to purchase a certain vodka I wanted to gift to several people. They were the only store to carry it. Was very impressed with the size and decor of the store as well as their selection. You will likely find whatever wine or spirit you're looking for and the staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Will certainly return to spend more time perusing their offerings. Very fair prices, too!"
