"I had Stiles reinstall our safety cover after we had new concrete poured this summer. 16 out of 20 holes drilled look like this. The owner stated they used the same drill bit on 20-30 pools prior to ours (should of use a new bit according to every company I’ve talked to) but blames it on the concrete not having enough time to cure (60 days between pouring and drilling, more than enough time). Don’t waste your time calling Stiles, take your money somewhere else."
