If you want to be judged and spoken to in a condescending manner during the consultation, then this is the firm for you. For a brief moment, I thought that I was speaking with a representative for the debt collector. But I will say that my initial conversations with the customer service reps were pleasant. UPDATE 1/11/24: I just had a conversation with Frank J. Borgese, Esq. He was very polite and took the time to hear my side of the incident with their other attorney. I do hope that it is addressed because tact and kindness are very important. Frank also took the time to give basic advice regarding my case based on my explanation of where I stand currently. He even took some time to answer some court procedure questions. I learned a lot and feel very grateful for this opportunity to get a professional opinion. Though I am not in a financial position to retain this firm's services, I do value the kindness, tact and professionalism shown today. I walked away this time feeling that the owners really do value the opinions of anyone who comes into contact with their firm, whether or not you become a client. That speaks volumes. Thank you."
