"We normally got good service here.. Recently bought a $60 bottle of mezcal that was rancid. They offered to refund, but when looking at receipt after, they simply charged me for another bottle and refunded me one bottle, still leaving me out $60. Upon going back they refused to anything about it, and informed me returning bottle was illegal. No store credit or anything was offered. Will never return"

"This is a small store with an eclectic selection. We wandered around looking for something familiar with no luck. When I asked it was explained the store was organized by "importer" which doesn't help me as I typically buy based on region and varietal... and so we had to rely on a recommendation from the assistant. We explained what we were looking for and purchased a south african chardonnay. We just tried it and it was nice but not a good match. That's OK - I didn't really expect the sales assistant to have tried all the wines personally and be able to make a recommendation based on experience. However, based on the selection and organization of the store I'm probably going to continue to buy my wine elsewhere."
