Any question I had was quickly answered as if I was supposed to know the answer. Just felt like I was not important enough to have any effort put towards my assistance. Desided to travel out to another business to get the assistance I needed."

"Staff is very friendly and helpful. Free water testing and report printout with recommendations. If you test decently enough, they won't try to sell you anything unnecessary, which I certainly appreciate. Chemical prices are a bit higher than online, which is to be expected. In my mind it's well worth the extra few bucks to make sure you get the job done right."
