"A shakedown at best. So here’s the process. You get an appointment to come in (bring cash as he will tell you) and go in his back office (the dungeon) here he explains how much trouble your in, does a quick break down of how much this is gonna cost you which is obscenely exaggerated. And then tells you how he is so well connected and will save you a ton of money. Truth of the matter is Nassau and Suffolk county just wants money and in most cases will issue you a Jay walking ticket if you plea. I’ve been going to Jan for the last 10 years and every time he tries to shake me down. But I keep going back because I have such a hectic schedule and just don’t have the time. The crazy part is he doesn’t remember half the time it’s for the same issues and he jacks the price up every time. I’ve sent this man a ton of business over the years, but when greed outweighs the loyalty it’s time to find someone else to do the job. Jan is not the man. Do your self a favor and find someone else. "Goldman is a bluff. He talks like a big shot working with high profile clientele which he probably really doesn’t. Charges high fees and does the least amount of work. I paid $1,000+ for my daughters ticket to be reduced the best way possible. You would you think paying such high fees you’ll get a great result but no, with Goldman you’ll have the similar amount of points and still have to pay all tickets + any fees on top of that with the court. Better off working with other attorneys then Goldman. That’s for sure!"
