"Poor products, bad management would not spend a penny here ever again"
"Bought a hydrofeed 4720 (chapin) model. Broke at the seem. Thought maybe I just got a lemon so I ordered another for $120. Yup within only few weeks broke in same exact spot. Then looked up reviews on amazon and WOW... Yeah all broke at the same spot. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS WORTHLESS. Will never buy another CHAPIN product as long as I live nor will my company! Reviews say it all... More bad than good."
"Customer service at Chapin is awesome. I purchased the fertilizer injector a few years ago and have had great success with it for my garden and unfortunately lost the gasket. After trying Tractor Supply and other local stores unsuccessfully, I decided to give just stopping in to their location in Batavia ( I live locally) and see if they might be willing to help. Was pleasantly surprised to find they were more than willing to help. Definitely will continue to buy Chapin products"
"Attention Truckers: If picking up, shipping door can be found near dock door 24, look for a yellow railing leading up to a brown door. Once inside look for a white overhead sign that says "Shipping check in at window", that will direct you to shipping check in. If there are trucks ahead of you, shipper will ask for your # and call you when a door is available. Docking your trailer here should be easy as there is plenty of room to move your tractor to get your trailer aligned. Took them 2 hours to load me than I got the BOL's and seal and I was good to go. Overall a good experience and customer service was well done."
"Customer service was good and the rep was polite. Supervisor on the other hand was rude and testy while we were talking. They refuse to send replacement parts for their product and insisted I sent both units back for repair which would take 6+ weeks in total and cost shipping that being said, the units were only used a half dozen times and quit working.."
