"I bought a Max 481 hot tub from Pettis 9 years ago, after researching tubs extensively and deciding I wanted one without blown foam insulation. Kathy helped me extensively, and patiently, with the many questions I had about such a permanent and expensive addition to my home. She never pressured or “sold” me at all, just kindly answered questions with knowledge clearly acquired from working with these products for years. Everything was delivered and installed exactly as promised and on time. More important to me has been the service department. Like any large piece of expensive equipment there have been various things that have needed repair or replacement over the years. Dale and his service department have been awesome, and have taken care of everything that has gone wrong (mainly audio related, but also a display panel, and a pump that needed to be replaced). Virtually all of it was covered by warranty without any hassle at all, and anything serious was dealt with rapidly, particularly in the winter when it is critical. Even during Covid they came out and took care of us. Our experience with the service department is what allows us to really enjoy the tub (which still looks basically brand new after nine years), knowing that Dale and crew will promptly and competently be there to take care of if necessary. Go skiing. Go to hot tub. Relax. Nice."

"We have been a 20+ year old customer of Pettis Pools and have been happy all those years until now. We have a Softub and have purchased all our chemicals and filters for it there too. Whenever there was a service issue (which was rare) they fixed it quickly. I recognize we have an old hot tub so it is not surprising we are having problems with the power pack now.
