"The poor customer service is ridiculous. I had a knife given to me as a gift for Christmas, which was not the correct knife. Its a gourmet my other knives are classic series. I told the representative I would like to exchange, get the correct knife and pay the difference. Because of the purchase date I was told she could not help me. I have the invoice, knife still sealed... and you team could NOT help me? I am literally trying to give you more money and you COULD NOT HELP ME?"

"Extremely rude and would never do there again. They dont honor the 30 day return policy and the owner got mad at me for that when the item was clearly never used. My culinary school wanted to deal with them because of my recommendation but I told them not to anymore because of how rudely i was treated"

"Seller was unresponsive on initial request to return a knife block that did not fit a knife collection. Now they won't accept the return even though the item and oackaginpare perfect. There's zero logic tibdeclun8ng a return regardless if it's 6 days or 6 weeks. There's so many other vendors out there to choose from with great service"
