"The Pittsford office is in a very convenient and relaxed atmosphere❗ The lawyer Nathan A. Shoff Esq and his staff are so personable and friendly. They tirelessly work and more importantly coordinate/modify Trusts to custom fit your individual needs instead of cookie cutter Trusts that do not fit everyone's agenda. My father and I were impressed with the professionalism, personability and dilligence of Nathan as he created a Trust for me that was NOT traditional and was far from the norm in terms of my intentions and most definitely required extra work for him to tailor make it as he worked with my father to ensure the Trust is exactly how I wish it to be after I die/expire/kick the bucket, finally get knocked out for the 10 count etc... Due to my varied medical conditions❗ Nathan predominantly dealt with my father as I designated my dad to draft my trust in conjunction with Nathan. This was a peculiar request as I was going through some medical procedures at the time for my heart failure and knee surgery and was distracted. While this was a peculiar request that all communication be sent to my father for his approval and my father determined what is appropriate for my trust, Nathan was compliant and always expeditiously responded to my father's emails as they shaped the trust to exactly how it should be/read❗ After conducting business, we (mainly me because I have verbal diarrhea) started discussing current events and we spent a good deal of time chatting. As aforementioned, the experience was homely and not industrial as you'd expect from a lawyer where once business is concluded you shake hands and then depart without getting to truly becoming more personable with each other. Awesome experience❗ Awesome lawyer❗"
