I am a Turbo Tax customer because it is free but Turbo Tax changes the way they do things and my fiance said lets go to Jackson Hewitt. Taking the risk I don't remember the name of the guy who did my taxes, but he made sure to get me back the most. After hearing the dollar amount I had a big smile on my face the whole time. And now me and my fiance can move back to Pittsburgh. Jackson Hewitt has made a new customer and no more Turbo Tax. Even though there is a fee, it is well worth it. I am getting back more then what Turbo Tax would have gotten me back. In matter of fact I am getting back more then what I got back last year with Turbo Tax!"
